1) All prices are indicated in Singapore dollars.

2) That-Blog-Shop only accepts payment via internet banking, inter-bank transfer, or ATM transfer to POSB account.

3) That-Blog-Shop assures that all items are in good condition and quality at the point of mailing. Thus, no exchanges or refunds are allowed.

4) Please understand that there may be a slight variation in color between the actual item and that shown in the photo due to lighting effects thus there will be no exchanges allowed on the basis of color differences.

5) All items sold are BRAND NEW unless otherwise stated.

6) That-Blog-Shop will not be responsible for any packages lost in transition or any items damaged during the mailing process. Registered mail is highly encouraged to prevent loss of mail.

7) That-Blog-Shop do not do any meet-ups.

8) We will hold the item for 48hrs after the confirmation email is sent. If payment is not made within 48hrs, we will release the item to other interested buyers.

How To Order

Please read our TERMS & CONDITIONS before ordering and order only if you agree to our TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1) You may wish to fill up the order form or alternatively, you can send an email to that-blog-shop@hotmail.com, including the following details:-
- Name
- Contact Number
- Item Name
- Quantity
- Size
- Colour
- Payment Method
- Postage Preference
- Mailing Address

2) Next, we will send you a confirmation email stating the total price as well as bank account details for payment. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk folder. The email might be in there. :)

3) Lastly, transfer the money into the bank account and the transaction is done. Items will be mailed out within 2 working days unless otherwise stated. For pre-orders, mail out details will be stated.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the difference between normal mail and registered mail?

For normal mails, the package will be delivered to your mailbox just like any other normal letters. In the event that the package is undelivered or lost, there will be no means to track the whereabouts of the package.

For registered mail, the post office will provide a tracking number at the point of posting and the postman will bring the package to your house. You will be required to acknowledge receipt of the package at the point of delivery. In the event that the package is not received, you can contact the post office to track the status of the delivery or request them to send the package again to your place.

2. Do we do meet ups?

No. Delivery is strictly via Normal mail (FREE) or Registered mail (S$2.50).
